    A while ago I tried playing in an FE league. But apparently there is some
    sort of structure, some internal code that I wasn't quite following, and people there were generally pretty unhappy with me. What kind of tactics are usually employed in FE? Why should I not hire merchants? Things of this sort, I'm really
